Services

Your therapy tailored to you.

We know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, so we keep things simple, warm, and human. Our therapists meet you exactly where you are—listening first, then tailoring gentle, evidence-based care that fits your life.

Together, we focus on practical tools that calm the nervous system, build resilience, and rewrite painful stories. Every session is a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.

Our areas of focus and modalities continue to grow and evolve alongside our clinicians. If you don't see something listed here, reach out — we may still be able to help or point you in the right direction.

Areas of focus & modalities

Trauma & PTSD: Support for processing past experiences that continue to affect how you feel, think, or respond today.

Anxiety & Panic: Tools to manage racing thoughts, physical tension, and panic symptoms so they stop running the show.

Grief & Bereavement: Compassionate support for loss in any form, honoring your own pace and process.

Life Transitions: Guidance through major changes — career shifts, relationships, identity, or new chapters — that shake up your sense of footing.

Chronic Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Dysregulation: Help recognizing and shifting patterns of chronic overwhelm, burnout, or feeling "stuck on" all the time.

Emotion Regulation Difficulties: Support building skills to understand, tolerate, and respond to intense emotions without feeling controlled by them.

OCD & Phobias: Targeted, structured treatment to reduce the grip of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and specific fears.

Chronic Illness & Disability: Support navigating the emotional weight of chronic health conditions or disability, including grief, identity shifts, and the added stress they bring to daily life.

Gender Identity & Sexuality: Affirming support for exploring and navigating identity, coming out, and the unique stressors LGBTQ+ clients often carry, in a space where you don't have to explain yourself first.

Depression: Support for persistent low mood, loss of motivation, or a sense of disconnection from things that used to feel meaningful.

Relationships & Attachment: Exploring relationship patterns, communication struggles, and how early attachment experiences shape connection today.

Self-Esteem & Identity: Support building a steadier sense of self-worth and clarity around who you are, separate from old narratives or expectations.

Caregiver & Helping Professional Stress — Support for the toll of caring for others professionally or personally, including burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma.

Areas of focus

Brainspotting: A focused-mindfulness therapy that uses eye position to help access and process trauma and stuck emotional pain the brain and body haven't been able to release through talk alone.

EMDR: A structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional charge over time.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): A practical, skills-based approach that helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns driving anxiety, depression, and stress.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Skills-focused therapy for regulating intense emotions, tolerating distress, and improving relationships, especially useful when things feel overwhelming in the moment.

Exposure Therapy: A gradual, guided approach that helps you safely face feared situations or thoughts, reducing their power over time — especially effective for phobias and OCD.

Somatic & Nervous System-Based Approaches: Body-centered techniques that work with the nervous system directly, helping you feel calmer and more regulated when talk therapy alone isn't enough.

Mindfulness-Based Approaches: Practices that build present-moment awareness and a calmer relationship with thoughts and feelings, often used alongside other modalities to support regulation.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP): A listening-based therapy that uses specifically filtered music to help calm the nervous system and improve capacity for connection and regulation.

HeartMath: A biofeedback-based approach that uses heart-rhythm coherence techniques to reduce stress and build resilience in the nervous system.

Breathwork & Movement Therapy: Guided breathing and movement practices that help release stored tension and regulate the nervous system, often used alongside somatic and Brainspotting work.
