Meet Jessica (She/Her)

Hello, I’m Jessica, and I’ve been providing outpatient mental health therapy for more than 10 years. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan and genuinely enjoy the variety that brings to my practice.

My experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported while also being encouraged to look at your thoughts, patterns, and behaviors in new ways. I believe growth is possible for everyone, and that each day gives us another opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge ourselves.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mom to two grown children and recently became a mother-in-law—an exciting role I’ll be stepping into again in 2028! I also share my home with my husband and our three dogs, who have successfully trained us both very well.

I’m excited to work with you and want you to feel comfortable throughout your therapy journey. I’m always happy to answer questions and help you determine whether we might be a good fit.
